Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping

Drifters End Distilling Company currently only sells and ships within Australia, with orders under $150 being dispatched via Australia Post at a flat rate of $20.00 Australia wide, and free postage via Australia Post for orders over $150.

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday, within 72 hours of receiving your order. If there are any delays to this timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.

You will receive a tracking number from Australia Post once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are hand packed with great care taken to ensure that your order is received in the best possible condition.

Returns

At Drifters End Distilling Company we take every care to ensure your products are delivered safely.

If any product ordered is faulty or damaged when delivered, we undertake to replace the product. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of the product being delivered. Evidence of the fault or damage will be required as part of the notification process. We will determine if the faulty product will need to be returned to us.

If we are unable to replace the product we will reimburse your credit card/payment method for the amount initially charged for the product, including shipping fees.
