Distillers Partini

Ingredients
75ml Drifters End Australian Pink Gin
15ml Vermouth (use your favourite type of vermouth)
1 sprig fresh Rosemary

Method
1. Add the vermouth and gin to a mixer with lots of ice
2. Stir all ingredients until chilled, and then pour the liquid contents (no ice) into a martini glass.
For better results, store your vermouth in the fridge and chill your martini glass in the freezer.
3. Place your rosemary into your martini glass.
Ensure you thoroughly rinse your rosemary to ensure you’re not sharing your martini with anything else!
4. Sip away!

Why a partini you ask? We call our Pink Gin Martini a Partini because of the beautiful colour Drifters End Pink Gin give the cocktail.
