Absinthe Highball

Ingredients
15ml Drifters End Absinthe
120ml Ginger Beer (use your favourite type)
2 splashes Bitters
1 slice of Lime, halved (fresh if available - but you can use a slice of dried too)
Method
1. Add a couple of handfuls of ice into a thin-lipped glass
Drinks always taste bettter from a thin lip.
2. Add 15ml of absinthe to the glass
3. Add 120ml of ginger beer to the glass
4. Add 2 splashes of bitters into the mixture
4. Slice one of the half lime slices into quarters, and place into your glass.
5. Gently stir all the ingredients
4. Place the remaining half lime on the rim of your glass.
5. Sip away!
