Our Spirits

Lemoncello

Fondly nicknamed Lemoginello by us, and traditionally called Limoncello, our Lemoncello is inspired by our travels through Europe where this wildly popular spirit is a refreshingly simple sip on a hot day.

Locally sourced lemons are infused in a specially created spicy gin base, resulting in a zesty and refreshing lemon liqueur that has all the elements of a traditional lemoncello with added complexity from the gin.

Best served chilled and garnished with a slightly crushed lemon leaf, or in a light spritz cocktail.

All our spirits are hand crafted and batch distilled in Tasmania.

Bottled at 35.5% ABV, our Lemoncello is available in 700ml and 200ml bottles.
